Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how purchases, cancellations, and refunds work for Instant Linked Alert (the "Service"), the Instant Linked Alert Chrome extension and associated website. By purchasing access to the Service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Free Trial

Instant Linked Alert includes a free trial period that begins when you first sign in. During the trial you have full access to the Service's features at no cost. The trial is provided specifically so you can evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before making any payment. We encourage you to test the Service thoroughly during this period.

2. Paid Access

After your free trial, you may subscribe to continue using the Service. The subscription renews automatically every 30 days at the price and currency shown on the checkout page (USD 1 or TRY 40 per period, depending on your checkout currency) until you cancel. Each successful charge grants a 30-day access period.

3. No Refunds After Purchase

Because a free trial is provided before any charge and gives you the opportunity to fully evaluate the Service, all purchases are final and nonrefundable once payment is completed. We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to use the Service during a paid period.
• Partial use of a paid access period.
• Dissatisfaction with features that were available to test during the free trial.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service during the free trial and that you waive any right to a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in limited circumstances, such as:

• A duplicate or accidental charge for the same access period.
• A technical failure on our side that prevented you from accessing the Service for a substantial portion of a paid period, where we are unable to resolve the issue.
• Where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 14 days of the charge by emailing us at the address below, including the email address associated with your account and a description of the issue.

5. Cancellation

You may stop using the Service at any time. To stop future renewal charges, cancel your subscription using the Cancel subscription button on the subscribe page while signed in. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing period: you will not be charged again, and your paid access continues until the end of the current 30-day period already granted.

6. How Payments Are Processed

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Iyzico. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your use of the payment provider is also subject to Iyzico's policies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
