This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how purchases, cancellations, and refunds work for Instant Linked Alert (the "Service"), the Instant Linked Alert Chrome extension and associated website. By purchasing access to the Service, you agree to the terms below.
Instant Linked Alert includes a free trial period that begins when you first sign in. During the trial you have full access to the Service's features at no cost. The trial is provided specifically so you can evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before making any payment. We encourage you to test the Service thoroughly during this period.
After your free trial ends, you may purchase paid access to continue using the Service. Each purchase grants a fixed period of access (currently 30 days per purchase). Pricing is shown clearly on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
Because a free trial is provided before any charge and gives you the opportunity to fully evaluate the Service, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed. We do not offer refunds for:
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service during the free trial and that you waive any right to a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 14 days of the charge by emailing us at the address below, including the email address associated with your account and a description of the issue.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Paid access is a one-time purchase for a fixed period and does not automatically renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If automatic renewal is offered in the future, you will be able to cancel it at any time from the extension popup or your account page, and cancellation will stop future charges while leaving your current paid period active until it expires.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Iyzico. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Your use of the payment provider is also subject to Iyzico's policies.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
