Monitoring requires Chrome to be open and running. If your computer is asleep or Chrome is closed, monitoring pauses and resumes automatically when Chrome restarts.

Yes, leave the search tab open somewhere in Chrome (it can sit in the background or a different window; it doesn't need to be in focus). If you close the tab or quit Chrome, just reopen your search and flip monitoring back on.

To build your Job Tracker, the jobs it finds, the searches they came from, and your Applied, Forgotten and muted lists are saved to your LinkedAlert account. Jobs are deleted after 3 months and muted companies after 6 months. We never sell your data.
