Distance Selling Agreement & Preliminary Information Form

Effective date: June 26, 2026

Please read this Distance Selling Agreement, together with the Preliminary Information Form in Section 1, before purchasing access to Instant Linked Alert. This text is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer (the "Law") and the Distance Contracts Regulation (the "Regulation"), and is also written to inform international users in plain English. It governs the online sale of access to the Instant Linked Alert service and forms a distance contract between you and the Seller.

This Agreement applies to all users. Where local mandatory consumer law grants you additional protections, those protections continue to apply alongside the commercial terms set out here.

In this Agreement, "Seller", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the sole proprietor named above. "You", "the Subscriber", and "the Consumer" refer to the person purchasing access to the Service.

1.2. Main Characteristics of the Service

Instant Linked Alert is a digital software service consisting of a Chrome browser extension and supporting website. It monitors LinkedIn job-search result pages that you open, detects newly posted listings, and notifies you of them. Access to paid features of the Service is provided over the internet through your account and the installed extension.

The Service is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement and our Terms of Use. We may update, improve, or change the features and functionality of the Service from time to time, and may add or remove features for technical, security, or operational reasons. Because the Service interacts with LinkedIn, a third-party platform we do not control, its behavior may be affected by changes LinkedIn makes to its website.

1.3. Service Subject to the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the provision, in electronic form, of paid access to Instant Linked Alert with the following characteristics:

1.4. Price, Taxes, and Additional Charges

1.5. Payment Method and Payment Infrastructure

Payments made by card are processed through the secure infrastructure of our payment provider, Iyzico. During payment, your card details are handled by the relevant payment institution; we do not store your full card information on our own servers. Your use of the payment provider is also subject to that provider's own policies.

1.6. Performance and Commencement of the Service

Once your payment is successfully completed, your paid access is activated immediately in electronic form through your Instant Linked Alert account. There is no physical delivery.

1.7. Right of Withdrawal

The Service is a digital service that is performed instantly in electronic form, and its performance begins immediately upon your purchase with your express approval. For this reason, under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun.

By checking the approval box at the checkout step, you expressly request and consent to the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that, as a result, you will not be able to exercise a right of withdrawal under the applicable legislation. This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under your local consumer law.

Importantly, Instant Linked Alert provides a free trial before any charge, so you can fully evaluate the Service before deciding to pay. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1.8. Cancellation and No Auto-Renewal

Paid access to Instant Linked Alert is a one-time purchase for a fixed 30-day period and does not automatically renew. Because there is no recurring subscription, there is no automatic charge to cancel. When your 30-day access period ends, your paid access simply expires, and you may choose whether to purchase a new access period.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If automatic renewal is ever introduced in the future, you will be clearly informed before any recurring charge and will be able to cancel it at any time from the extension popup or your account page, with cancellation stopping future charges while leaving your current paid period active until it expires.

1.9. Customer Service and Complaints

You can send support requests, questions, or complaints to support@instantlinkedalert.com. If you believe your Instant Linked Alert account credentials have been obtained or misused, please contact us through the same address.

1.10. Technical Requirements and Compatibility

Use of the Service requires a compatible Chromium-based browser (such as Google Chrome), the installed Instant Linked Alert extension, and an internet connection. Compatible browsers and features may change over time. Any internet access costs are your responsibility.

1.11. Free Trial and Promotions

Instant Linked Alert offers a free trial that provides access for a limited period (currently the first 7 days) without charging you. The duration of the trial is shown at the time you sign up.

The free trial is provided specifically so that you can evaluate the Service before any payment. After the trial ends, you may choose to purchase a 30-day access period at the price shown on the checkout screen. Because access is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew, no charge will be made automatically when the trial ends — you decide whether to buy.

From time to time we may offer promotions or discounts. The conditions of any promotion are specified when the offer is presented, and eligibility is determined according to those conditions. A "new user" promotion may be used only once. You agree not to attempt to claim the same promotion more than once using multiple names, e-mail addresses, payment methods, or accounts. If a different promotion is offered after you purchase, no retrospective refund, adjustment, or price protection applies to an earlier purchase.

1.12. Updates and Changes to the Service

The Service may change over time as we improve, maintain, or expand it. Some features may be added and others removed. We may also need to make changes for security reasons, sometimes without prior notice, to protect against cyber threats, unauthorized access, or similar concerns. Where a change materially and adversely affects your use of a paid access period beyond a negligible effect, we will, to the extent required by applicable law, give you an appropriate remedy such as the ability to stop using the Service.

1.13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Most issues can be resolved quickly by contacting our support as described in Section 1.9, and we will try to resolve any dispute amicably. This Agreement is governed by Turkish law. Where the applicable consumer legislation provides for it, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court in your place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year. If you reside elsewhere, you retain any mandatory rights and remedies available under your local law.

1.14. Approval of the Preliminary Information

You accept and acknowledge that this Preliminary Information Form has been duly presented to you in accordance with the Law and the Regulation, and that you have been informed in advance about the main characteristics of the Service, the price, payment, performance, the right of withdrawal and its exceptions, cancellation, and all other terms set out above.
